EXCEL memory could not be read error

Hi Everyone,

I keep getting the error "memory could not be read", this only happens in EXCEL ?

Any ideas, this only happens sometimes and is really frustrating !!!!

But you have to phone Microsoft to obtain this fix, i do not think we have a support contract with Microsoft. This should be supplied for free as it is a support bug !

Seems to me that this is a very generic error.
When and how is the message generated...when you open excel ?? when you open a file ?? specific files ??

If it is truly the error you are receiving, then the fix should be free. But even if it's not, I guess you have 2 choices, investigate or throw the software out.
