I have a name in certain rows in a cell C called "Backlog". If the name is Backlog I want to change it to the word "Speculative". I know I could just sort the field manually and change the name however is there a simple macro that can change the text in cell C to "Speculative" if the field name in the row is "Backlog".

What Randy said.

Shortcut to Find and Replace: [Ctrl]+[H]

Just select Column C first if you need to limit the replacements to only that column.
