Hello

I hope I'm in the right area - I thought there might have been a dedicated Excel forum but I couldn't find one in the list.

I have a lot of data in a spreadsheet refering to individuals:

first name, surname, area, job title, contract start date 1, contract end date 2, etc etc

What I wish to do is copy/paste from the line that I'm on to other cells in that line.

For example.

move the data from K36,L36,M36,N36,O36 to W36,X36,Y36,Z36,AA36

It's the columns which are important, I just need it to work on the active line.

Hope that makes sense!

Hi,

Turn on your macro recorder and record doing the copy & paste for one row.

Post back with your recorded code in forum707 for help customizing.
