I have an Excel spreadsheet, created in 2007, saved in 2003 format. It runs fine on my machine, which has 2007 loaded. It also works correctly when run from my Citrix server, which has 2003 loaded. The problem I have is when my customer tries to run the same spreadsheet. On her machine, Excel closes and she gets a document recovery window. I don't know how to determine where it's stopping, but I know it's not completing the tasks -- which are to upload the data to an IBM MQ queue and send an email to that effect.

Anyone have a clue as to what could cause it to shut down on her?

I had a case when digitally signed macros crashed excel on another machine, all worked after removing signature.

Sorry, I've been out of the office for a few days.

No missing references and the project compiles properly. It works on my machine, but not on the client's. She claims other macros work but I have no way of verifying that.

I cannot access her machine (attempting to get software that will allow that - haven't heard back from the boss, yet), so I have to rely on what she tells me is happening.

I do not have a digital signature.
