Hi everyone. Would I define the cursor direction after data is entered into cells? e.g. A1->A2->B1->B2->A3

Could use tab

or

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Edit tab.

To move to an adjacent cell, select the Move selection after Enter check box, and then select a direction in the Direction box.
To keep the current cell as the active cell, clear the check box.

Uncheck the Move Selection after Enter (as stated by Stewartstent).

Highlight the range you wish to enter data. Start entering data and press Enter. The active cell will move around inside the selected range.

If you wish horizontal movement, set Move Direction to right. Data entry will then be A1->B1->C1 A2->B2->C2

Thanks to Stewartstent and JVFriederick, you give me great help.
