Hi. I'm writing an Excel spreadsheet to import payments into the AP Payment Batch window. I began by writing a sample of the data I wanted within the AP Payment Entry screen, saving, then exporting, to get the information and format right. When I re-import the sheet I've written, though, I get the error "Invalid input. Payment amount must be greater than zero". I don't understand this, because I have positive amounts in both AMTRMIT and AMTRMITTC fields on the Payments_Ajustments tab.

The only thing I can think of is that AccPac isn't happy that those fields contain Excel formulas, instead of simple numbers. Doing that would defeat my purpose, though.

Help?

Plug numbers in those fields and see if it still complains.

Yes, it still complains. The same number actually appears in four places - AMTRMIT, AMTRMITTC, AMTRMITHC and AMTNETHC. I changed them all from formulas to numbers, but I still got the exact same message.

Formulas are OK in the import file, check your work, there must be something wrong elsewhere. Import files are fickle...
