How do I make a button in an Excel spreadsheet that will take me to another worksheet in that same file?

Is the target sheet always going to be the same?

You could have multiple buttons that take you to each worksheet in the same file. The way to do it is:

1. VIEW->TOOLBARS->FORMS
2. Click on the BUTTON icon and create a button
3. In the "Assign Macro" dialogue box, enter a macro name
4. Click RECORD
5. Move to the desired worksheet using your mouse
6. Stop recording
7. Change the text on the button if you want to

Thats it. Follow the steps above as many times as you want to.

Good grief - it couldn't be any easier. I will need about 20 buttons because I have that many worksheets and this file is going to be e-mailed regularly - will all these buttons cause a file size problem?
Thanks very much for your help.

Obviously the file size will increase, but because you are only moving from one sheet to another, the macros are not huge.

This should not adversly affect the file size, so even with 20 buttons, you should only see an increase of a few K's.
