Could anyone please help with a formula that would present the value of a cell in column A, whose corresponding column B has the highest value?

An example table, where the value the formula presents is Ryan (the max in column B being 128).

A B
Bruce 45
Jim 23
Ryan 128
Allison 126

Thanks,
EB

How about...
[tt]
=INDEX(A:A,MATCH(MAX(B:B),B:B,0),1)
[/tt]
