Hi There

I have created a spreadsheet with a project task list. The task list has start dates, end dates and project status. I now tried to create a gantt chart which i wanted to conditional format to At Risk, On Target, Overdue etc. However, all the options for formatting including conditional formatting are greyed out. I have tried creating a new chart, exporting the spreadsheet to another workbook but no luck

Has anyone got any suggestions

Hi,

In your chart source data, you must have a column of each color in your gantt chart and consequently, formulas to turn on/off the duration value in each column.

Elsie,

I've uploaded a brief example, displaying
At Risk as RED
On Time as GREEN
Overdue as ORANGE
