I have a user connected to our office via a VPN whose excel has just recently started to freeze up and stop responding when browsing for a file to open. If she goes to file->open and then clicks on the drop box or tries to get into My computer, the application completely locks up and has to be killed. I thought it might be a network drive not connecting or that doesnt exist anymore, so i disconnnected all network drives and am still getting the same problem. Anyone have any ideas?
