Hi there,

I have 4 columns, that will have data within them (text), i have a 5th column that i want to display either "complete" or "in-complete" based on the rows that have data.

For example,

- 3 cells within my row have data, one doesn;t so this woudl be in-complete.

- 4 cells within my row have data, therefore this is complete

Any help is greatly appreciated - many thanks,
Neil

Have a look at the COUNTBLANK function.

Cheers, Glenn.

Did you hear about the literalist show-jumper? He broke his nose jumping against the clock.

...and have a look at the COUNTA function to complement COUNTBLANK.

Skip,

[glasses]Did you hear what happened when the OO programmer lost his library?...
He's now living in OBJECT poverty![tongue]
