Hi,

Here e scenario,

On e network shared drive, I am able to work out a formula on update a worksheet of 2 tabs. Strangely, my colleagues they are able to access this worksheet of 2 tabs but cannot get e latest update which I have done the changes which just made. Take note that my colleagues and myself are given the privilege of accessng the worksheet of 2 tabs. What may be e issue be ?

Thank u

What I'm saying is that your drive letter may not be mapped to the same server as their drive letter. It's not the drive that matters: it's the SERVER!

If I understand your original post correctly, you want other people looking at the same file as you to see changes you have just made??

Assuming the situation is as Skip has suggested and all of you are looking at a file on, say, (G:\\sharefolder) where G: is mapped as a share to the same Server on each machine

This update of values won't happen unless they either close (without saving) then re-open the file OR refresh all (connections/links).

They won't see changes as you make them, you will have to save the file first
