Excel Formula to generate week number

Is there a formula or function in Excel to convert a date into a week number in the next column? e.g. Week 1 equals 1 – 7th Jan; week 2 is 8 - 14th and so on. Ideally needs to go on forever i.e not just the rest of the year.

The WEEKNUM function available with the analysis toolpak shouyld give you what you want.
