When adding a division formula, is there a way to program the formula to "skip" a cell within the range identified if there has been no value entered?

example: simple %calculation

=SUM(B5;N5)/SUM(B6;N6)

I am developing a spreadsheet for future use/data entry and am trying to eliminate seeing the error message #DIV/0! until the values are entered.....

Thanks for any help....
