Excel Formula multiple dates

I need 4 dates compared in a formula.

1. date of surgery
2. if surgery had to be redone time in years between surgery and redo
3. if patient died date of surgery to date of death
4. Today's date.

If date of redo is blank use date of death if date of death is blank use today. Return in years (##.#)
Can anyone help. I can't seem to get my mind around it.

=IF(ISBLANK(Death),IF(ISBLANK(Redo),TODAY()-Sgry,Redo-Sgry),Death-Sgry)/365.25

format the receiving cells as Numeric,2
