Good day all,

I just encountered an unusual issue with exporting to Excel and would love to be able to find a solution for it...

In my original report, I had several fields that are numeric (or date) by nature. When exporting to Excel, they did come up as their original type with no issues....

I then had to create several groups (in order to force a sort order on the report), and used those same fields as my groups....
Now, when I export the same data to Excel, the fields are coming up as text....even though when looking at each field in Crystal, it is still labeled as number......
Any idea on how to force a group to remain a numeric value instead of forcing it into text?

Thanks in advance....
