Help!! From in MAS200 I could preview a report, click on the envelope and pick Excel 8.0 to export to. Now, when I export, I only get up to Excel 5.0. I have no idea what happened. Can anybody help?

I'm not sure how to get that 8.0 option back, but you should be able to export to version 5.0 and still open it in 8.0.

Different versions of Crystal Reports have different export options. For example, some of the workstations we have now don't allow PDF export, but some of them do.

You may want to try to install a newer version of Crystal and see if that makes a difference.
