excel format

Hi,
Does anyone know a code to accomplish this task. I search in this site but I did not come up with a solution.

I have the following excel sheet:

Own Ben Co. Eff Amt Cash
JC JMC AM 1/1 $25 $11
JC JMC PT 2/1 $35 $12
JC JM TT 3/1 $12 $43
BM BMD OM 1/1 $25 $11
BM BMA OMA 1/1 $25 $11
BM BMD OMM 1/1 $25 $11

I would like to group it this way:

Own: JC
Ben: JMC

Co. Eff Amt Cash
AM 1/1 $25 $11
PT 2/1 $35 $12

Own: JC
Ben: JM

Co. Eff Amt Cash
TT 3/1 $12 $43

Own: BM
Ben: BMD

Co. Eff Amt Cash
BMD OM 1/1 $25 $11
BMD OMM 1/1 $25 $11

Own: BM
Ben: BMA

Co. Eff Amt Cash
BMA OMA 1/1 $25 $11

I know this can be done in access but my boss would like it to be done in excel. I am using excel 2003.

Hi,

Have you checked out PivotTables? Can group in a similar way, just not on separate rows. Check out the PAGE AREA, too.
