Excel Format

Sys: CRXI/BOXI
Datasource: Access DB
Have created CRXI report, tested successfully.
Placed report on Enterprise, excel format.
When opening a report instance, I am still in InfoView, not the excel application, and not able to use any excel functions (basically print or save).
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Sounds to me like you've published an excel file rather than the crystal report.

Usually, a crystal report is published and then users schedule it to generate an instance. You choose excel as the format at schedule time.

Alternatively, reports can be scheduled or viewed on demand as a crystal report and then from the viewer, exported to excel.
