I have been trying to convert a large Excel file to PDF. It converts fine depth wise, but as the Excel file is around 30 columns width, it only converts the first 4 or 5 fields across, basically as many as the width of an A4 page can take. Is there any way around this?

if you are using the pdf writer as a printer, you need to select your print range, preview it to make sure it fits the page and make the proper adjustments in print preview to make it fit and then send it to print to the pdf writer.

It will then show as it was in the preview. You have to think of it as a printer and still set the print ranges and preview to make sure it's right.
