Excel Format Garbled

After applying Oracle Reports patch Set 3 on reports 9i server, and putting desformat=delimiteddata, when reports are generated in excel format they are showing data as per Fields in "Data Model" rather than "Layout Model".

These reports are running fine in Reports 6i.

Try making all of the Data Fields the same Height, and make sure that all the daat fields are pulled to tuch the top and bottom of the surrounding frame.
