Excel file with over 7000 rows won't scroll dow

Hi All

I have an excel file with greater than 7000 rows of data. The file size is coming out at 3.5 MB.

The problem I am having is that I cannot scroll down through the data. Excel seems to freeze on the initial worksheet view. If I select a different worksheet with a small amount of data, I can scroll down through this no problem.

Is there a way to fix this? I believe excel will store over 60000 rows so why the problem with 7000??!!

Problem solved. Stupidity was the cause of it!!

If on menu Window-->Unfreeze panes is visible, could click it to see what happens?

Yeah I figured out that it was the problem. I don't know why Freeze Panes was on because I can't remember setting it!
