excel file opening prompt

I have an excel sheet that I have password protected for both read and write

when I open it it prompts me for the password (this is fine)

then it prompts me saying it is reserved by "username" (one of our users) and prompts for the write password( how do I change the name or get it to stop saying the persons name.
