Okay-
I have a question that I know is probably simple, but I have been banging my head against a wall over this one.
A user locked up in an Excel 97 file rebooted and now everyone is getting an open in read-only message. It says that the user has the file locked. No one is able to edit this file. I have checked for lock files, but to be honest, I haven't dealt with a locked Excel workbook in a long time and have lost my edge. Anyone help?
