Hi,
I have a couple of users who open the same Excel file on the network and claim they didnt receive the 'file is in use by another user' message.
This is a problem because users end up over writing each other's changes.
Both users are mapping to the same shared folder. We're using Citrix Presentation server 4.5 with multiple citrix servers.
Unfortunately, this only seems to happens sometimes, has anyone come across this before?
