Excel - External data web query

I was looking for some help with importing external data on Excel 2002. I am importing data from a 3rd party website with fields that change regularly. I need to know which fields have changed, so I can see them at a glance. I can find no funcionality in Excel to do this. The only thing I have tried so far is to have two workbooks open, one importing every minute and one every 5 minutes and comparing the two. However there appears to be some fault with this as although it picks up the changes it doesn't reset them after the 5 minute workbook updates.

Anyone got a simpler solution please?
