Excel export 2

Forum Members,
Is there any way to export a report to multiple excel sheets (tabs) in one excel file ? or
Is there any way to export one report to multiple excel documents based on the various group values ?

For example, in my report it is grouped by state. I need a tab for each state in the excel document or atleast able to export one report to multiple excel files based on the group state (i can combine all excel files into one).

Thanks a lot for the reply lbass. I heard about this third party tool Visual Cut. I dont have that tool. I searched for this Kenhamady website but no luck. I need to contact him (pay some consulting fee, for this I need to talk with my manager) to get the solution I guess. I think, its not possible directly with CR.

All you need to do is click on the links. I believe VisualCut is pretty reasonable.

For the price vs functinality. Visual Cut is a steal.

On top of that Ido offers support like no other vendor I have ever seen. I'll try to look at the documentation today to see if it can do that functiality.

One feature I usit it for ia to break up large a report into individual PDF files, the data which is then e-mailed to the repective departments (1 report for about 30 department). This is all pretty much handled by 1 or 2 formulas on a regular report

This breeaking up of data seems to be similar to what you need.
