Excel Export row limit

When exporting from Paradox (7.0, 10.0, 11.0) to Excel Paradox automatically limits the number of rows to 16,384. I know that at one time this was the upper limit of valid rows in Excel, but that's no longer true. Is there a way to get any of the above mentioned versions of Paradox to export to the new maximum of 65,536?*

*Note: this is Excel 2002.

The fastest way to export the data as a text (*.CSV) file.

I have used the library. It works fine, but if you have many rows, it could be very slow.
