Hi,

I have developed a report in Actuate 7. The report is used within Maximo. The report works fine, however the users want to export the report to Excel. The export works, but within Excel the page setup is Portrait when it really should be Landscape. There were lots of problems with merged cells, but I think I've manaeged to get around those by reformatting the report with no spaces between fields.

Is there any way to ensure that the exported file/date is sent in Landscape mode rather than Portait? I know that it is only 2 mouse-clicks once the file is exported to Excel, but the users would like it to be done automatically.

Any ideas?

Pete

The report is already set to Landscape in Actuate, but in the export to Excel, it is in Portrait.
