Excel expanding worksheet rows? 1

Thankyou in advance for any assistance.

I have a spreadsheet that lists about 100 figures for every day of the week. Is it possible to create this spreadsheet so that it just displays the days of the week but has the function to expand each of those days individually to display the figures just for that day.

e.g.
From:
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday

To:
Monday
2478
5482
2489
Tuesday
Wednesday

Have a look at the Data>Group & Outline Function or maybe the subtotals function. Both of these will expand and contract views Rgds
