How can I make it so that when x.xxxxxx is the value of a cell that only x.xx is displayed as is without rounding so

321.165 would be displayed as 321.15 for example

Hi,

Format/Cells/Number Tab -- Number to whatever places.

Skip,

[glasses] To be safe on the [red]FOURTH[/red],
Don't take a [red]FIFTH[/red] on the [red]THIRD[/red]
Or you might not come [red]FORTH[/red] on the [red]FIFTH[/red]
[red][highlight blue]FORTH[/highlight][/red][white][highlight red]WITH[/highlight][/white] [tongue]

ahh whoops I wrote the op wrong, I mean without rouding
so 1.239999 1.231111 1.235555555 would all be 1.23 regardless of what was after the 3.

Just found the TRUNC function. That seems to do it, =trunc(f7,2)

Also see FLOOR as in
=FLOOR(F7,0.01)

Cheers, Glenn.
