i give an Excel cell a custom format 0000.
After clicking OK, i do again "Format cell..."
Now it is set to "Special" Codigo Portugal!

Oke, the effect is the same, but it looks strange.
Is it possible to edit the special formats?
or better: disable them?

Make your own, in Custom.

so now there is a "0000" under special and a "0000" under custom

Is this causing a problem?

0000 happens to be the format for Portuguese (Portugal) Postal Codes. SO WHAT!

Is this causing a problem? I havn't lost any sleep over it.
