excel deleting cells

Hello,

I have 2 coumns A and B, A has my ID and B has by address, I have a bunch of empty cells in A which I want to delete and shift up but need the corresponding cell in B to move up with them, is there any way to accomplish this?

How do you expect something that has been deleted to shift up (or down or left or right or any other direction)?

hi,

turn on your Auto Filter. Filter the BLANK in column B. Select the ROWS, right-click > DELETE. Show ALL.
