Hello there

I have a spreadsheet with the first 7 columns populated via a data query, 2 additional columns that are manual input,
and 6 columns that are product/sum formulae.

My problem is that wbenever the sheet is updated and a line is inserted by the query - the formula does not move with the row - I will end up with row 47 added to row 84.

I seem to remember a way of achieving this but cannot find anything when searching the normal channels.

Hopefully someone may be able to point me in the right direction.

Regards
Jack

Cheers, Glenn.

Hi,

"... 2 additional columns that are manual input,
and 6 columns that are product/sum formulae."

1. In Data Range Properties for the query table, check the box Fill down formulas in columns adjacent to data

2. move the formulas to the columns "adjacent to the data".

Many thanks Gentlemen

Both answers a big help.
Data aligning now.
