Excel Crashes When Saving A Sheet

Help...

We have a spreadsheet that our users have as a time sheet. The sheet has 12 weeks worth of information on it and when it gets to week 7 for some users it seems to crash when saving.

We have tried this on out admin machine and it works fine.
On the users machine some users can use the sheet without issues yet others can not save.
We have checked permissions, re installed office, re installed the machine completly and reset the users profiles, however for these users it still will not save.
We have checked the event logs and have come up with the following fault errors

0x004836a5
0x004646d7
0x00023578
0x00023bdb

We have searched for XLB and there are none listed on the users who are having faults.

Has anyone come across this before and if so can you offer any advice.

You say "when it gets to week 7" it seems to crash. Is there some processing that changes the layout of the workbook week by week? Please give as much information as possible about the workbook.

Hi Glenn

The work book consists of 12 identical sheets that contains the users daily start finish times and any additional expences that they have incurred through the course of the day.

All of the sheets are identical and do exactly the same job with totals on the bottom.

We have also found that some of the machine are running slightly different versions of Office so we are currently looking in to this to see if this is the problem.
