Greetings,
This may be a simple question but im having some kind of brain lock today

I have three columns
Column 1 shows a numerical value
Column 2 is a numerical subtraction from column1
Column 3 is current total
What I would like to format is Column 3 in a Green/ orange/ red as a percentile removed of column1

For example
Column1 50 Column2 -25 Column3 25 (but I would like column 3 to show as orange since its 50% of Column1

I hope this makes sense. Ive tried playing with the rules but every time column3 stays green
Thanks

Hi,

What expression are you using in the Condotional Formatting Formula is: textbox?

Skip,

[glasses]Just traded in my old subtlety...
for a NUANCE![tongue]

Please disregard. I got it figured out. Instead of formatting column3 alone I formatted Column1 & Column3 and this seems to work
