I'm trying to conditionally format a cell based on another cells content. I have a "Due Date" and a "Rec'd Date" for a part. The "DD" is conditionally formatted to show yellow if within 1 week, and red if past due.

If I have a value in the "RD" cell I don't want the conditional formatting to show up in the "DD".

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for any help...

amend your CF formula to be:

=AND(A1<>"",YourCurrentFormula)

Where your RD cell is A1

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.
