Excel - Common Dialog Control missing

I have an Excel spreadsheet which uses the form with TreeView Control. It's working fine on my Windows XP / Office 2007, Windows 7 / Office 2013. I copied the spreadsheet into 64 bit Windows 7 machine with Office 2010. I'm getting an error when opening the spreadsheet. I realized, that "Microsoft Common Dialog Control 6.0" is missing. I tried to find the right .ocx - there is none.
Anyone knows what to do to get it working?
