Excel Com Errors

Can anybody tell me where I can find out what this error means.

Error occurred while creating/connecting to automation server for: excel.application.

Error code: 0x800700c1 output-to-excel WINMOD\LBRSPRED2.P (5894)

I am creating a excel application, and then calling an excel program. It works on a couple of test computers, but not on a third. One of the test computers is set up the same way as the erroring out computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
