Excel Column Headings

OK, I admit to not knowing much about Excel. My question is, how do I put column headings on a worksheet, so that when I import in to Outlook, I can match my fields.
 
Highlight the cells you wish to name, then hit CTRL and F3.

The dialogue box will allow you to choose the name you want. Do this as many times as yuo need to. The import function will allow you to import the (native) Excel file, or one that you have saved as a .csv.
