Any possible way to tell an excel chart to plot a series as a line when it moves from primary axis to secondary?

Reason being...
Series 1 - 4 are currently (by default) ploted on the primary axis as bars and the remaining 3 series on the secondary axis as lines.
I am okay with the first 3 on the primary but the 4th needs to be on the secondary. When I change the 4th series to read on the secondary axis under format data series, it moves but remains a bar. Any way to have it plot as a line?

Hi,

So is this process, moving the series between primary & secondary a design thing or a functional thing?

Is this a chronic occurence?

for a NUANCE![tongue]

Quick answer:

Right click on that series and select Chart Type > Line. Only that one data series will change type.

I think I know where Skip is going, and you should answer his question because there are better ways to deal with this if it is a task you have to repeat commonly.
