I want to be able to change the 'Unit Price' 2200 to '123' if it's a Sedan
for the entire column.

Example:
Col Col Col
A B C
Sales Person Car Type Unit Price
Smith Sedan 2200
Jones Sedan 3456
Jordan Sedan 2200

I tried doing a find & replace but that is time consuming. Is there an IF and AND
statement?? Hopefully, someonecan help me. Thanks in advance.

hi,

You can use a formula in another column, so the column C value would not change.

But I am puzzeled.
I tried doing a find & replace but that is time consuming.
How many rows of data do you have?

And how much time did find & replace take?

Please answer BOTH questions.

Skip,

for a NUANCE![tongue]

if this is a 1-time event,
Step 1. put the following in a empty column (e.g. in cell D1)
=if(AND(B1="Sedan", C1=2200),1200,c1)

Step 2. copy & paste formula for all rows with data (e.g., Cells D1:D10)

Step 3. Copy data from with formula back into Column C Using the Paste Special, Data

Step 4. Delect col D
