Excel cells to a label box on a form

I need help plugging a cell, say B4 from a dbf file in excel into a label box on a form in VBA.

Then I need to take B12 and plug that into a different label box and so on.

I am a beginer and don't have a clue how to do this.

Can anyone help?

In the UserForm_Initialize() proc use something like :

Label1 = Sheets("Sheet1&quot.Range("B4&quot

and repeat for other labels. The same approach could wotk for textboxes etc.
