Excel Can I shade a range based on the value of a cell outside range?

Here is what I would like to do in excel...<br><br>Cell A1 contains a drop down box that can either be set to YES or NO<br><br>If Cell A1 equals the word NO<br>Then cells A2:A15 are shaded in grey<br><br>If Cell A1 equals the word YES<br>Then cells A2:A15 are not shaded<br><br>Any suggestions?<br><br>Thanks!<br>
