Excel Border Problem

Hi, Using Excel 2000


I extract data from one Excel workbook to another. The data is pasted inside a worksheet surronded by borders to make it more readable. I want the user to be able to perform cut and copy actions inside the borders without errasing them them. In otherwords i would like the borders to stay put whatever the user does inside them. Is this possible?

There is an option under Paste Special that allows to paste all except borders.
