Excel-Based Budget dll error

We are running eEnterprise 7.0 (latest build) on citrix metaframe server with Office xp (latest build). On 4 of our citrix servers we have no issues exporting or creating budgets to excel. On 2, we get the following error:

Unknown Error: ExcelOps: Show Excel() Unknown error occurred: Error:48 source: Exporter Description: Error in loading dll.

I have re-installed GP. I have manually registered the dlls that Excel-Based Budgeting uses. Admins also get the error. Regmon encountered no Acc Den errors.

We really need this to work. Exporting to excel from Smartlist works fine.

There are a couple of TK articles that may address your issue: 24273 and 24880. If I am reading it right you may need to uninstall and reinstall Office as well as Excel Based Budgeting...
