Excel base insertion.

I manage to select and update in an Excel database, but I don't know how
to insert, the normal syntax don't work.
Did It have any special syntax to make an insertion in an Excel Database.
Help me please!! I'm a girl!!

I'm french, sorry for my poor english!! ;)
