Hello All,
I'm creating a form in Excel (2000). I want to be able to protect the entire sheet except the cells that should be filled in - no problem there.

However, and this may be something so basic but I don't get it...three of the cells on the row will expand in heighth. I've used the word-wrap which works great on the column, but does not address the heighth issue.

To add insult to injury, I need to protect the worksheet allowing the user to input data only in those fields. When I protect the sheet, the user can't even resize the row heighth manually.

So (long-windedly later), how can I get the row to automatically heighten based upon the contents of a cell and have the worksheet protected at the same time?

Phew.....

Thank you for any help here...going nuts with it. Lanie
