Excel automatic merge?

I have an Excel list of subscribers and I want to send reminders to those whose subs have lapsed. One column has the dates of lapsed subs, another has their email addresses. Is there a way of 'merging' these into a standard letter, to send reminders automatically to everyone whose sub has lapsed?

Use MailMerge in MS Word.

You can filter your source data there.
