Hi,

Using Excel, a user can turn on autofilter. This will allow a drop down box. What I want is to get the items in this drop down box (without "All", "Top 10" or "Custom".

Just wondering if anyone knows how or has a piece of code to get this list?

Many thanks,

Michael

Hi, MIchael,

If you go to Data, Filter, Advanced Filter, choose Copy to another location; then Under "list range", select all the items in you column; in "Copy to" indicate where you want the resulting list; lastly, check "Unique records only" checkbox.

You will have your list extracted.
